We are Proud of Our Students!
rudy
Young, AMP student, Rudy jammin' on some boogie rhythms a la Chuck Berry. Observe: he can reach the m7th!
Michael K. is proud as is Rudy's family, the Hagens.
chelsey
Here's a little insight into how Michael K. works with his singing students. This is Michael playing the chords and rhythm that he arranged to Adele's "Someone Like You" with Chelsey -- as she gets the feel for the phrasing. This is going to be an amazing cover once Chelsey learns the guitar herself. It's not everyday a student walks into Rockology with this sorta vocal range. Michael is thrilled to be involved with Chelsey's studies because her potential is off the charts! :)

A key of C diatonic mode workout by Michael K.'s student, Sam Hagen.
Scales: tools for life!
kaylynn
Kaylynn's Bob Dylan cover uploading directly -- bypassing YouTube due to supposed copyright infringement. Michael K. personally thinks Mr. Dylan would enjoy a young student covering his song on the bass guitar. Michael K. is certainly proud.
mia
Mia has been a student since I think February of this year. She is progressing nicely because she practices. We had moved on to "Redemption Song" by Bob Marley and she is making good progress with chords and rhythm. In talking with her about what she has been practicing, she said she was continuing to play Love Me Tender and sing, (something Michael Stevens had tabbed out and we had gone over early in our lessons). I said, "You can sing Love Me Tender?" She proceeded to blow me away with her vocal ability. Now I'm sharing it with you.
